Having worked for the Montana Synod ELCA for 15 years and having grown up as a pastor’s kid, Jen is aware of the particular challenges, struggles and joys involved in congregational ministry. She would love to provide a confidential and non-judgmental listening ear whether you are a pastor or serve in other leadership roles, talking over how the Holy Spirit might be present in your life and your setting, as you work to share God’s love in a hurting world.
Coaching is an intentional relationship in which the trained coach uses powerful questions, strategic listening, and accountability to uncover and utilize your strengths and insights to accomplish your goals. The challenges facing leaders in the church today are significant. A coach will accompany you, listen intently to what is going on in your life and ministry, and ask questions that will empower you to take the next step.

Testimonial: Jen’s coaching sessions were invaluable to me. She helped me realize I don’t often value my own work and skills the way I should. She eally helped me trouble shoot situations, just by asking me questions, helping me think through every angle. I find myself being able to do this for myself now, which has given me more confidence in my career.
